Abstract

En las relaciones políticas, la comunicación interpersonal parece estar definida de antemano, tal vez porque lo que se comunica no sirve. Para el analista Paulsen, eso se debe a un mito de la comunicación, aquel que señala que el "significado de los mensajes radica en las palabras que se intercambian, cuando en realidad el significado está en la personas"". Pues, Democracia no significa lo mismo para Aylwin, Pinochet y el Cura Pizarro, Arzobispo de Santiago, de la misma forma que ""gata"" estimula una idea inmediata en un mecánico y otra muy distinta en un veterinario."
