Abstract

Hace una presentación de un personaje emblemático en la política latinoamericana, el presidentes de Bolivia. En la nación, los mensajes comunicacionales de los políticos lograron cuajar entre los electores. Evo es un líder con lenguaje fácil y mensaje directo, con autoridad y coherencia, su imagen forjada en las difíciles arenas de la lucha sindical de protesta y resistencia desde la sociedad civil, contra el Estado.
