Abstract

La construcción y y reconstrucción de los medios de comunicación en América Central está inseparablemente ligada al objetivo de desarrollo de sociedades democráticas. Las secuelas políticas, económicas y humanas de la guerra dificultan el proceso y al mismo tiempo imponen cambios y renovaciones radicales. Tanto los sectores empresariales de la comunicación como los proyectos alternativos y populares adoptan y compiten con los nuevos modelos más adecuados a la coyuntura política. El autor explora los cambios en curso.
