Sobre los Derechos humanos se habló pasada la Segunda Guerra Mundial. El autor da varias definiciones y se enfatiza en que son derechos inherentes a la persona humana, derechos naturales del hombre, derechos fundamentales, son parte de la misma cosa: Defender al ser humano del ser humano.Precisa tres corrientes: la absolutista, la subjetivista y la relativa. Educar y concienciar es la tarea y en esto los medios de comunicación tienen su labor.Downloads
