Abstract

Para julio de 1988 existían 195 ONG de Europa Oriental, Australia y Nueva Zelandia, sin contar con Estados Unidos y Canadá, que desempeñaban operativas y educativas en África Subsahariana. Sin embargo se dice que estas organizaciones trabajan con mucho secretismo y opacidad.
