Abstract

La epidemia del cólera estalló en el Perú. Si los peruanos pobres tuvieran agua y desagüe, la enfermedad no habría llegado a niveles epidémicas. Y esto hay que decírselo al mundo. Las campañas de prevención movilizan y cambian hábitos.
