Abstract

Chile ha soportado por varias ocasiones fuertes sismos de diferentes magnitudes en los que los medios de comunicación como instrumentos de bien social debieron de entrega en la defensa de la vida, esto exige, asumir íntegramente los fenómenos que amenazan y relegar presiones de entes públicos o privado, incapaces de ver allá del interés egoísta.
