Abstract

Se trata de la entrevista realizada por el periodista ecuatoriano José Villamarín a Pascual Serrano. Introduce con el perfil del entrevistado y luego es interrogado sobre el cuestionamiento que en los últimos tiempos se hace a los medios de comunicación, la regulación de éstos, la Ley de comunicación, la autorregulación, la censura, la información como derecho público, los observatorios de medios, la libertad de expresión entre las preguntas más relevantes.
