Teleconferencia encanta a públicos en Estados Unidos y Unión Soviética

El 14 de diciembre de 1984 se realizó simultáneamente en San Francisco y en Moscú un evento de singular trascendencia. En este día tuvo lugar lo que a la vez fué una teleconferencia y un show de TV, uniendo un vasto público en ambos países alrededor del tema, cómo ciudadanos Americanos y Soviéticos podrían colaborar para crear un mundo sin guerra. Si bien su propósito fue cultural y sobre todo político, también era una demostración fehaciente de las sorprendentes posibilidades que brindan las nuevas tecnologías de comunicación y transmisión.
