Abstract

Los tres grandes momentos de la historia de la elaboración de conocimientos sobre las realidades informativas son visualizados en este ensayo. Estos se ubican en el lapso de 1900 a 1984. El nacimiento de Ciespal y su fermento intelectual en el continente es parte importante en esta trayectoria así como los objetivos logrados.
