Abstract

La radiodifusión desempeña un papel importante en las relaciones internacionales contemporáneas. En algunas ocasiones, la comunicación entre naciones a través de servicios radales externos ha tenido un gran impacto sobre el devenir de los acontecimientos internacionales. En la actualidad, en todo el espectro radial del mundo, adversarios ardorosos luchan por los corazones y las mentes de públicos atentos. Esta “lucha internacional de ideas” no muestra síntoma  alguno de moderarse. En verdad, más de ochenta países emiten diariamente más de veintidós mil horas de programación internacional a más de 250 millones de oyentes.
