Abstract

A finales de 1980, un grupo de mujeres se reunió en la revista NUEVA. Su propósito era fundar una revista femenina diferente, que respondiera de algún modo al torrente de revistas femeninas tipo "Vanidades"" y ""Cosmopolitan"". Las discusiones, que se prolongaron durante semanas, derivaban en jaquecas colectivas. Finalmente, surgieron dos opciones: en diciembre del mismo año apareció la primera de cuatro ediciones de ""Nueva Mujer"" y, meses más tarde, la primera y única edición de ""Eva de la Manzana"".
