Abstract

Desde la oficina pública más importante del país se estaban frenando proyectos para corregir precisamente aquellos que se denunciaba. López Portillo evitó hacer cualquier alusión concreta sobre la reglamentación del derecho a la información. No se trataría de reglamentar el derecho a la información en cuanto tal, sino de buscar la justicia en el acto informativo.
