Abstract

El impacto de la conferencia de Costa Rica fue pequeño, casi nulo, en términos prácticos. Ninguno de los países firmantes de la Declaración de San José aplicó en la práctica las recomendaciones formuladas. Para no crear problemas políticos internos, los gobiernos prefieren siempre evitar peleas con los grandes grupos de la comunicación.
