Abstract

Las nuevas tecnologías modificaron las concepciones tradicionales de los medios y los procesos de comunicación. El Internet se transformó en un aliado ideal. La radio por Internet debe ser un espacio de interacción de las diferentes comunidades, por ello es importante que la pluralidad y el consenso colectivo sean dos elementos siempre vigentes en su funcionamiento, deben servir para difundir las tradiciones y los valores y ofrecer un espacio de expresión y participación a los ciberescuchas.
