ALAIC: La apuesta por la transición a la institucionalidad

Abstract

Presenta un detalle de la historia de los estudios realizados sobre fenómenos de la comunicación. Asevera que la constitución de la comunidad latinoamericana de Ciencias de la Comunicación puede visualizarse en tres períodos 1. La batalla por la hegemonía, destaca la creación del CIESPAL y la fundación de ALAIC 2. La batalla por la supervivencia va desde los primeros años de ALAIC y 3. La batalla por la reconstrucción Congreso Anual de INTERCOM (1989). El Congreso de ALAIC Monterrey- México (2008) dio inicio a un nuevo período designado como el de la "transición institucional""."
