Abstract

El autor refiriéndose a Venezuela señala que las Políticas Nacionales de Comunicación deben procurar rescatar los riesgos culturales propios y enfrentarlos a la globalización, así se marcará la diferencia entre la unificación y masificación de contenidos, así como también incorporar todas las herramientas tecnológicas para que se dé una verdadera inclusión comunicacional de los actores y consumidores.
