Abstract

El movimiento de las radios comunitarias en el Brasil partió de las radios libres (1970) iniciativa de los jóvenes que creyeron que la transmisión sonora ilegal era una forma de ejercer la libertad de expresión. La diferencia entre estas dos es la vinculación de las radios comunitarias con las respectivas comunidades. El texto hace una evocación de su trayectoria define las clases de radios comunitarias. Aclara conceptos como: libertad de expresión, libertad de información, libertad de comunicación.
