Abstract

Telesur nace en el seno de proyecto político, de resistencia contra el orden mundial actual, en el convencimiento de que la comunicación es capaz de lograr metas importantes en los procesos de cohesión de las sociedades. El desafío fue crear un medio de comunicación independiente de las empresas comerciales.
