Abstract

Presenta cuatro casos judiciales mediáticos paradigmáticos en Argentina, que muestran la necesidad de que exista la figura del vocero judicial en entorno en que los medios comunican incorrectamente, produciendo confusión. Debe haber comunicación entre los tribunales y la sociedad enfatiza.
