Abstract

Se pregunta el autor si Estados Unidos será la primera democracia del mundo? cuando en ese país los periodistas no tienen derecho de rehusarse a declarar como testigos frente a un jurado, donde bajo pretexto de seguridad se mantienen secretas las cosas de las cuales el público tiene derecho a enterarse.
