La publicación aborda los siguientes temas: La ley de comunicación en Venezuela y México, La libertad de prensa, el fenómeno Berlusconi en Italia, la cooperación internacional respecto a la utilización de los medios de comunicación en los países en desarrollo, los procesos educativos en favor de los indios Mapuches en Chile, la exaltación de la violencia en la televisión, el papel del ombudsman, la transformación de las relaciones públicas en la llamada Comunicación estratégica y finalmente la Radio digital.
