Abstract

La Constitución española recogía el derecho a la libertad de expresión y a la libertad de información, mas, este doble reconocimiento ha sido superado por la Ciencia Jurídica y la Doctrina Constitucional. El periodismo parece no haber encontrado en las nuevas tecnologías a su aliado para coadyuvar a profundizar la función social. Trata sobre la progresiva pérdida de la imagen con valor documental como testimonio de una realidad significativa social, económica o cultural. La crisis del sector de la comunicación y la información es parte de la reflexión final del texto.
