Abstract

Se hace un recuento de los esfuerzos realizados por el CIESPAL desde finales de la década de los 80, consolida el centro de estudios de televisión con el fin de impulsar la investigación, entrenamiento, producción, circulación, intercambio y más acciones en televisión en el Ecuador y en América Latina que contribuyan al mejor desarrollo social, económico y cultural de la región.
