Abstract

El fustigamiento que hace Hugo Chávez en sus intervenciones públicas a la prensa llamándola "enemiga del proceso revolucionario"" y ligada a la oposición, más la aprobación de la Ley de Responsabilidad Social de Radio y televisión han dado lugar a que a esta ley se le denomine como ""Ley mordaza""."
