El autor señala los contornos del presente y atisba las posibilidades del futuro de esta nueva profesión "periodista cibernético"" cuyo trabajo se entiende cada vez mejor. El ejercicio del ciberperiodista exige una redifinición del alcance de las competencias del narrador, éste en la red se perfila como el arquitecto de la información, que diseña espacios de geometría variable."
