Abstract

Tanto en EE.UU. como en Europa se han organizado sectores de la sociedad para protestar a viva voz por la forma parcial, discriminatoria, poco diferenciada o simplista con que se publican las noticias sobre el Tercer Mundo, apenas el 4,5 por ciento de toda la información sobre el extranjero es referente a países del sur. Presenta varios resultados de estudios y discusiones para plasmar el cuadro patológico que divulgan los medios impresos y audiovisuales sobre los países en desarrollo, principalmente los alemanes.
