Busca responder a ¿Cómo afectarán estas tecnologías, el proceso educacional en su totalidad? El maestro ahora podrá instruir, tener discusiones o interactuar con los estudiantes, como si estuvieran todos juntos en el mismo salón. Las poblaciones aisladas y comunidades rurales al fin tendrán acceso.
