Abstract

Hoy día se asiste a un cambio dramático en la sociedad, los medios y particularmente en la Radio. El sistema anterior ha caducado, se necesita creatividad, interés, investigación, cambio, pues la velocidad con que invaden las tecnologías no deja tiempo y pulveriza las estructuras tradicionales. Las nuevas tecnologías liberan a la Radio de la escasez de frecuencias y todos sus compromisos administrativos. La diversificación de los modos de difusión viene acompañada por el acceso gratuito a muchos servicios. "El acceso global a la información... ha ampliado las posibilidades de selección y ha abierto horizontes insospechados"
