Abstract

La comunicación institucional partió como eje constitutivo de la conformación de una red, con puntos focales de intercambio interinstitucional ubicados en todo el territorio de la provincia de Buenos Aires. La Red de consejos consultivos ha permitido la comunicación directa, el intercambio grupal y la elaboración de formatos mediatizados. Los consejeros invitan a deliberar en distintas localidades, configurando de esta forma una red móvil de comunicación y de conocimiento. El Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires conforma la segunda red financiera en importancia.
