Abstract

En Venezuela, Chávez, el personaje más controversial, transformado en el fenómeno comunicacional, ha batido consecutivamente el récord en triunfos electorales y sus niveles de popularidad se mantienen altos. Su peculiar forma de comunicarse y hacer política hacen de él un presidente único.
