Abstract

La región presenta estabilidad económica y política que ha facilitado el desarrollo tecnológico endógena y exógenamente. Refiere la experiencia de México, país vecino de Norteamérica que se ha constituido en la puerta de entrada para los países latinoamericanos en lo que a desarrollo tecnológico se refiere. Falta inventar la cultura virtual latinoamericana y ese será el reto, junto a la preservación de la identidad y la diversidad latinoamericana donde la cultura estadounidense abarca casi la totalidad de la red.
