Abstract

Abre la revista un artículo de Galeano sobre el "derecho de soñar"". Se aborda el tema de las nuevas tecnologías en tiempos de paradojas. A la pregunta sobre el papel que ha de jugar la comunicación en el desarrollo. Contreras comenta que ante la pobreza y miles de necesidades insatisfechas en el mundo, deberíamos lograr una comunicación para un mundo diferente. En otro tema se hace saber que América Latina representa el veinte por ciento de la red de Internet con nueve millones de usuarios. Las artes gráficas y la infografía es un tema tratado por las transformaciones que éstas han logrado"
