Abstract

El acceso a la información pública, en un Estado democrático de derecho, es un asunto de importancia capital, en la medida en que la información constituye una herramienta indispensable para el contagio de las prácticas democráticas. La reforma democrática regional del régimen jurídico de los medios será posible en cuanto se generen esfuerzos mancomunados desde los periodistas, medios, escuelas de comunicación y sociedad civil en general.
