Abstract

El Derecho Internacional Humanitario protege al periodista como persona civil o como combatiente, en el caso del corresponsal de guerra. Aquí se analizan los principales artículos que recogen las medidas de dicha protección. Sin embargo, está en manos de los estados y de las autoridades militares tomar las acciones necesarias para que esos convenios se respeten, y en las del periodista mantener una ética ajustada a su condición de persona protegida
