Abstract

A medio siglo de la Declaración de los Derechos Humanos el autor hace un balance del cumplimiento y vigencia por parte de los Estados Miembros. Analiza el papel de los comunicadores y de los medios de comunicación masiva que se dice contribuyen a la falta de vigencia de los derechos humanos fundamentales unas veces por omisión y otras por comisión (convalidación de la inequidad).
