Abstract

Este número está dedicado como un modesto homenaje a la vida y partida de Mario Kaplún, Maestro de los Radioapasionados y educomunicadores de Iberoamérica (06-11-1997). Sesenta años de prolífica actividad y compromiso entregó a la educación comunicativa. A propósito de los 50 años de la Declaración de los Derechos Universales del hombre, se incluye un análisis y propuesta desde la perspectiva de la comunicación que también es un derecho. Humor y periodismo científico, América Latina: hacia la reforma de la TV. pública; Violencia y Medios de comunicación; Radios universitarias; Globalización e Interculturalidad; Manuales de estilo; Opinión Pública; Medios y ciudadanía son entre otros los temas que aborda la revista.
