Abstract

Se refiere al caso de Argentina en cuanto a la gestión cultural. Señala que en esta etapa de rápidos cambios, las políticas culturales y la gestión de los organismos del sector se enfrentan a nuevos problemas, a los que hay que dar respuestas en un escenario de complejidad creciente. La crisis de legitimidad que afecta a las instituciones, la producción y reproducción social de la cultura, las principales macro tendencias que manifiestan los cambios en curso, dan la idea de la magnitud del problema que obligan a redefinir el campo de la intervención de las políticas culturales y de la gestión pública del sector.
