Abstract

Este artículo pretende mostrar cómo, en el marco de las ciudades andinas, se constituyen canales de comunicación no informacionales. Se trata de estrategias de relación, en buena medida subterráneas, vinculadas a una suerte de dialéctica del escape, que si bien operan en la modernidad remiten a otras temporalidades.
