Abstract

La libertad de expresión, la libertad de prensa y el derecho a la información, permiten comprender que el ejercicio de la comunicación depende de la posición que asuman los actores políticos y sociales y su compromiso frente a la libertad. En Bolivia la Nueva Constitución Política del Estado reconoce el derecho a la información, pero no garantiza el control directo sobre la información.
