Abstract

En Chile (1997) se organizó el Seminario latinoamericano que buscó evaluar la relación que existe entre la radio y la información noticiosa. A partir de un diagnóstico de la radio comercial y comunitaria, en algunos países de la región, se plantearon líneas de acción para democratizar al medio y contribuir a la constitución de ciudadanía, de cara al próximo milenio.
