Abstract

Hoy más se habla del derecho a la comunicación que del de la información, con lo que se reconoce el itinerario que ha vivido el tema en los conceptos y en las realidades. Demuestra los múltiples esfuerzos que en Colombia se han hecho para garantizar el derecho a la información y la comunicación.
