Abstract

En la Séptima Cumbre Iberoamericana de presidentes, realizada en Venezuela (1977) la FIP consignó en nueve puntos sus principios de conducta. La representante latinoamericana de esta federación mundial, en este texto expone y conmina a los periodistas para que elaboren argumentos y propuestas que hagan real el derecho a la información de los ciudadanos.
