Da cuenta de ciertas expresiones culturales que son creadas por los pueblos como el caso de Uruguay en la época de la dictadura, cuando entre risas y reflexión, ingredientes que acompañan estas expresiones culturales y de comunicación directa, los orientales a través de la "murgas"" aprovecharon para decir cosas que de otra manera no era posible que se dijeran"
