Abstract

La educación formal ha tratado desde hace cuatro décadas de incorporar innovaciones tecnológicas. Primero, la televisión y el vídeo que desataron deslumbramientos y controversias, ahora las tecnologías informáticas que muchas veces se lo hace fragmentaria y superficialmente. En el marco actual (caracterizado por la globalización, la desregulación y el predominio del mercado) la autora plantea una estrategia de incorporación de las nuevas tecnologías en la educación formal.
