Abstract

Considera el autor que los medios deben jugar un rol importante para legitimar a la ciencia como parte inseparable de la cultura. Refiere la tesis del científico mexicano Luis Estrada que dice "la ciencia es una parte oculta de la cultura contemporánea y es necesario corregir esta anomalía"". Trata de la tercera cultura que reúne a aquellos científicos, incluidos los cultivadores de las ciencias sociales y escritores que desempeñan el papel del intelectual clásico a la hora de reflexionar sobre quiénes somos y a dónde vamos."
