Abstract

En el Chile democrático, dos décadas después de la dictadura, se están evidenciando transformaciones culturales y comunicacionales, dentro de las cuales los jóvenes constituyen un importante segmento de la población en el accionar de los medios, además los receptores pasivos, concebidos así por los medios comerciales los jóvenes han pasado a ser entes activos dentro de nuevos espacios, especialmente el generado por la radio comunitaria
