Abstract

La radiodifusión en Argentina sufrió los avatares políticos del país y la carencia de una legislación clara desde sus comienzos. En su evolución se llevó a cabo un debate esclarecedor sobre el rol del Estado en este aspecto, y se sintieron las exigencias empresariales en torno a la "autorregulación"" con reclamo de leyes que se ocuparán, casi exclusivamente, en otorgar licencias. El autor realiza un recorrido por el proceso de la legislación de radio en Argentina"
