Abstract

Las instancias de protección del derecho a la libertad de opinión y de expresión adquieren su verdadera dimensión cuando son conocidas y utilizadas. Es indispensable responder a cada violación o conculcación de este derecho utilizando los mecanismos del actual sistema globalizado de protección de los derechos humanos. Algunos aspectos de la respectiva legislación internacional ofrece el autor en este artículo.
