Abstract

Los habitantes de las ciudades latinoamericanas casi no se comunican. Las ciudades se han deshumanizado. Como un aporte a la solución de tal incomunicación la UNESCO, a través de la oficina de su Consejero Regional en Comunicación, ejecuta un programa denominado "Comunicación para el desarrollo urbano y el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida en la ciudad"" A continuación se presentan los principales objetivos y lineamientos de esta iniciativa."
